The Land of Smiles: Thai Design

Inspired by and created amidst the abundant nature of the tropics, Thai furniture and spa items have won much attention worldwide. Thai's unique and comfortable products are now leading creative and design industries of Asia.

Following the first installment last year, works which won the Design Excellence Award will be introduced this year. This is a design award given out by the nation's prime minister, and it aims to provide the world with exquisite Thai designs through a collaboration with the Japan Good Design Award.

On view are prize-winning “lifestyle products” including furniture and spa items.
